At Canada Mats, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your floor mat or home accessory doesn't meet your expectations, you can return most items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Return

    Contact our customer service team via email or phone to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and receive the appropriate return shipping address.

  • 2.
    Prepare the Package

    Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring the product is clean and unused, and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box.

  • 3.
    Ship the Item

    Send your package back to our warehouse using a trackable shipping method; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.

  • 4.
    Receive Your Refund

    Once our warehouse inspects the returned mat, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days, minus any applicable restocking fees.
